Online booking and preparation for bookings from Google

Customers can book through your workshop’s public StasiukFlow page without creating an account. They choose a service, date and available time, enter vehicle and contact details, then confirm the booking. The summary shows the service duration and its price or starting price before confirmation.

Available times reflect opening hours, service duration, available workstations, existing appointments, breaks and closed dates. The system checks the slot again when saving, preventing two requests from booking the same workstation at the same time. The appointment appears in your StasiukFlow calendar.

Google Rezerwacje is available in Settings under Integrations. You can configure the booking page address, privacy information, closed dates and public service names, and choose services for online and Google booking. Share the page with customers after enabling public booking and configuring form protection.

We have also prepared an integration with Google Search and Maps. Once approved, the booking button on a workshop listing can take customers to its StasiukFlow page. Publication requires Google to approve StasiukFlow as a partner and match and activate the workshop. Enabling a booking page alone does not activate Reserve with Google.

StasiukFlow remains the place to manage availability and appointments. Google Calendar is a separate integration. Contact and vehicle details are used to handle the appointment and are not sent to Google Actions Center. Measuring bookings from Google is optional and requires customer consent.

Replacement cars: from booking to return in StasiukFlow

The new Replacement cars module helps workshops manage vehicles provided to customers during repairs. Fleet records, availability, bookings, handover and return reports, and rental charges are kept in one place. Find it in the workshop dashboard under SERWIS → Auta zastępcze.

Each vehicle card includes a photo, make and model, registration, VIN, year, mileage, fuel type and fuel or charge level, insurance, inspection and service dates, daily rate, deposit and internal notes. Statuses show available, reserved, issued, unavailable and service vehicles.

Scan the Aztec code on a Polish registration certificate using a camera or a photo to fill in the make, model, VIN, registration, year and fuel type, where present in the document. Review and edit the results before saving. Mileage, current fuel level, insurance and rental terms are entered manually; scanning preserves prices already entered.

The calendar shows each vehicle’s occupancy and the system prevents overlapping bookings, including simultaneous requests. Link a reservation to a repair order and choose to include its rental cost in the order bill. The layout adapts to phones, tablets and computers: the number of visible days adjusts to the available width without horizontal scrolling.

At handover and return, record mileage, fuel, damage, documents and equipment, photos and the customer’s handwritten signature. Add fuel charges and other costs when the vehicle is returned. Download a PDF report from the saved records to revisit the documented condition of the vehicle.

Rentals can be free or charged for each started 24-hour period, for example PLN 80. Mileage limits and excess-mileage charges are supported, with the deposit shown separately. Selected rental charges are included in the order total and document in PLN. Final billing requires the linked rental to be returned or cancelled. Dashboard notices highlight upcoming and overdue returns, insurance, inspection and service dates. SMS/email reminders and SF ServiceFlow integration are planned for a later stage.

More accurate documents and smoother order management

PDF documents now include approved work, parts and oil, with the correct company details and VAT. Additional services follow consistent approval rules, so orders can only be finished after the customer has made a decision. We added analytics with a month selector, made lists and repair history faster, and improved service stability.
