Customer chat

Built-in chat between customers and the workshop, with text messages, photos, videos, voice messages, and short circular video messages.

StasiukFlow includes a direct chat between customers and the workshop. Conversations about the vehicle can stay in one place without constantly switching to external messaging apps.

The workshop can send text messages, photos, videos, voice messages, and short circular video messages similar to those in Telegram. If a mechanic discovers a problem during a repair, they can record a short video, show the specific part, and explain in plain language what needs attention.

Photos and videos are especially useful when a fault is difficult to explain over the phone. Customers can see the vehicle’s condition for themselves, while staff can more easily explain why additional work or a replacement part is needed. Visual information helps both sides discuss the same specific issue.

Voice messages and short video recordings make communication faster. Mechanics do not need to stop work to type lengthy explanations — they can show the problem at the vehicle and add a comment straight away.

Customers can reply in the same chat and send their own messages, photos, videos, and voice recordings. They can ask a question, show a symptom they noticed, or clarify information needed to service the vehicle.

Important conversations stay in StasiukFlow: from the customer’s first question, through explaining a fault and agreeing on additional work, to confirming that the vehicle is ready. This makes it easier to revisit earlier discussions and keep communication consistent.

The process is simple: identify a problem → send a photo or recording → explain it to the customer → receive a reply and agree on the next steps → confirm the repair is complete. The workshop and customer share one place to communicate throughout the service.
