Service catalogue

In StasiukFlow, each workshop creates its own service catalogue. For every service, you can specify a name, price, estimated completion time, and description. You can then quickly add the saved service to a customer’s order without entering everything again.

There are two important service types — Repair and Diagnostics. They work differently.

Repair is a complete repair work order. You can add the required labour, spare parts, oils, and other items. The system brings everything together in one order and calculates the cost. At the end, you can prepare the vehicle for handover, add a comment for the customer, calculate the final total including VAT, and generate a PDF with details of the completed order.

Diagnostics works separately from repair. Spare parts, oils, and other repair items are not added during diagnostics. After the inspection, the employee records the diagnostic result, can select identified faults from the catalogue, and add further information. You can then schedule a repair immediately, leave the order awaiting the customer’s decision, or finish diagnostics without a repair.

The duration of each service is particularly important because it determines calendar capacity. For example, an oil and filter change takes 1 hour, a timing belt replacement takes 4 hours, and additional work adds another hour. The total order duration is 6 hours. If work starts at 10:00, the system reserves the required calendar time until 16:00. This makes it easier to plan the day and see when time will become available for the next vehicle.

If a delay occurs during repair — for example, you need to wait for spare parts to arrive — you can also account for it in the order. The workshop gets a clear workflow: from selecting services and planning time through diagnostics or repair, cost calculation, and closing the order with a completed PDF.
