Workshop integration with Google Calendar
Sync StasiukFlow appointments with Google Calendar. Choose a calendar and sync direction to view workshop appointments in Google too.
Google Calendar integration connects a Google account to the workshop and synchronizes StasiukFlow appointments with a selected calendar. It is independent of customer bookings through Google.
Once connected, select a calendar, enable synchronization, and choose its direction. In StasiukFlow → Google Calendar mode, appointments are managed in StasiukFlow, and changes made in Google do not update appointments in the system.
Bidirectional mode can update StasiukFlow when a linked appointment is rescheduled or deleted in Google, with a workstation availability check. New events created in Google do not create StasiukFlow work orders.
Settings show connection status and the last successful synchronization, and let you set the workshop time zone. Disconnecting stops synchronization; existing events remain in Google Calendar.
