Quick customer entry lets you create a new customer and add their vehicle to the StasiukFlow database in just a few seconds.
Instead of filling in numerous fields manually, scan the code on the Polish vehicle registration certificate (dowód rejestracyjny). The system reads the available information from the document and automatically fills in customer and vehicle details: the owner’s first and last name, registration number, VIN, make, model, year of manufacture, and other available data.
The employee only needs to check the information and add any missing details, such as a phone number. Once saved, the customer and vehicle are immediately available in the database for creating an appointment, repair, or diagnostic order.
This is especially convenient when a new customer visits the workshop for the first time: there is no need to manually copy the VIN, registration number, and other document details. Less time on paperwork and fewer typing errors mean you can move on to creating the repair work order sooner.
For future visits, simply find the customer by phone number, vehicle registration number, or customer number. All saved information and their vehicles will be available in the system.
