Parts and oil inventory with AI search

Manage parts, oils, and tyres in inventory linked to work orders. Scan barcodes, track usage, and use AI to find parts and compare prices, availability, and suppliers in one place.

StasiukFlow includes a complete inventory system linked directly to repair work orders. You can manage parts, oils, and tyres separately, view stock levels, incoming deliveries, prices, and stock movement history, and quickly find the item you need.

When receiving parts, an employee can enter the name and part number manually or scan a barcode. The system finds the product and adds it to inventory. A part used in a specific repair can be added directly from the work order — stock decreases and the part’s cost is included in the order.

Oils have their own records: oil name and viscosity, quantity in litres, purchase price, delivery date, supplier, and additional notes. When adding oil to a repair, its usage can also be linked to a specific vehicle and work order.

AI parts search — one of the key features

A particularly important StasiukFlow feature is an AI assistant for finding automotive spare parts.

Instead of opening numerous websites and repeating the same search manually, employees can use the system to help find the required part by vehicle, VIN, registration number, OEM/part number, or part name.

Search can combine offers from catalogues and integrated suppliers, including Inter Cars, Auto Partner, and HART, and help find offers in other available online shops and marketplaces.

The main idea is to bring suitable options together in one place and quickly compare prices, manufacturers, availability, and suppliers. You can then choose the best offer and add the part directly to the repair work order.

The workflow becomes as short as possible: vehicle → repair work order → required part → AI search → offer comparison → supplier order → inventory receipt → installation on the vehicle → stock deduction → cost automatically included in the order and final PDF.

This is especially useful for a workshop because mechanics and managers spend less time switching between catalogues, inventory, and work orders. All parts work stays within a single StasiukFlow workflow.
