Workshop appointment bookings through Google
Help customers find your workshop on Google and continue to online booking. Customers choose a service and available time without creating an account. Publication on Google requires integration approval.
The Google booking integration is intended to help customers move from Google Search or Maps to the public StasiukFlow booking page. Booking takes place on StasiukFlow, rather than within Google.
Customers select a service, available day and time, enter the required details, and submit their booking without creating an account. The page works on mobile devices, and available times are linked to the workshop calendar.
The workshop selects services offered online and on Google, and configures public service names, the booking page address, and closed dates. StasiukFlow remains the place to manage appointments and availability.
Publishing bookings on Google requires partner access, Google production approval, and workshop matching. The integration is being prepared; this description does not mean a booking button is already available on the workshop profile.
Google bookings and Google Calendar are separate features: one helps obtain customer bookings, while the other synchronizes existing appointments with Google Calendar.
