Tyre storage
Store customers’ tyres in the warehouse, linked to the customer and their vehicle.
The warehouse feature lets you keep track of tyres that customers leave in storage. You can add a tyre set to the database and immediately link it to a specific customer and their vehicle.
For each batch, you can record the tyre brand and model, size, season, quantity, intake date, storage cost, and an additional description — for example, tyre condition, DOT, or other important information.
Each set can be assigned a number or a storage location in the warehouse, making it easier for staff to quickly find the right tyres before a change. All information is kept in one place, so there is no need to search notebooks or spreadsheets, or try to remember where a particular customer’s set is stored.
